Our Story

For every story that's worn close to the heart.

Lamaro began with love—quiet, enduring, and golden.

Long before this brand was born, jewelry was how love was expressed in my family. My mother gifted me pieces throughout my life—on birthdays, graduations, milestones, or just because. Each piece held a story, a memory, a reminder of love that never fades.

But even before that, it started with my grandmother. She taught my mother to save by investing in gold jewelry—little pieces added month by month. What began as a form of saving became a treasured family tradition, passed from one generation to the next.

I grew up surrounded by jewelry that meant something. A ring wasn’t just a ring. It marked an achievement. A bracelet wasn’t just gold. It was a bond. These weren’t accessories. They were memories—worn with pride, passed down with love.

In December 2023, I lost my mother, Mariam El Hout—my center, my strength, my everything. Her passing left a silence I wasn’t ready for. But even in loss, I found purpose: to carry her dreams forward. To continue the vision we had always shared—to one day create jewelry of our own.

She gave me the name “Nancy’s Jewelry,” but I chose Lamaro—"for Maro," in her honor. Every piece I design carries a part of her spirit, her warmth, her creativity. The first collection was her idea—one she shared just a month before she passed. I brought it to life six months later, with the help of incredible people who believed in me, and in her dream.

Lamaro is more than a brand. It’s a living memory.
A story passed from my grandmother, to my mother, to me—
And now, to you.

Whether you’re celebrating a moment, honoring a person, or simply expressing your own story—I hope Lamaro becomes part of it.

This is jewelry made to last.
Made with meaning.
Made for you—and for Maro.
